Select the Resources button to the left, and choose Outlook Calendar to check my schedule. If you need to schedule an appointment please call me or send an email. I will be in the Austin office almost every Wednesday and I will add more days as needed. You can also send me an invitation for an appointment through your Outlook Calendar.
Use the Client Login Area to the right to access your Portal. In your portal you are able to access copies of your tax returns for 2007, 2008 and 2009, as well as your current Organizer. If you have a corporation, LLC or partnership there will be a portal for that business as well as your personal portal. Your Username is included in the emails I send you when I notify you that your draft copy and your final copy of your return is in your portal. Your 2010 return will be available as well when it is completed.
Use the Newsletters button to the left, then select Newsletters and More, to view and print the Fee Schedule, Engagement Letters for Individuals and Businesses, 2009 and 2010 Newsletters for Individuals, Businesses, Corporations and LLC’s, and Estates and Trusts and the Required Documents Lists for Individuals and Businesses.
Use the Useful Links button to the left to find links to forms and useful websites, such as:
*Checklists for Nursing Home Evaluation, Corporation Reasonable Compensation Planning, Self-employed Checklist, and many others
*Employers will need to print the Form W-4, Form I-9 and the TWC New Hire Reporting Form for each new employee.
