- Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency. Note: I am required to list this category, however I do not receive information from consumer-reporting agencies.
We may disclose all the personal information we collect to our affiliate Securian Financial Services, Inc. as part of providing financial services. However, we will first secure your permission in writing before the information is released to the affiliate.
We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as required to by law.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those members of our firm who need to know that information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
