I am a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor and can help you with setting up your QB data file, navigating through QB menus, designing custom reports, job costing, inventory tracking – and, most importantly, cleaning up your QB data file.
I will use a service called Webex to access your computer and work on your QB data file directly. I can only do this with your permission for each session – so don’t worry! I can’t access your data at will.
In addition, I have four highly qualified bookkeepers that I can recommend if you need any on-site help or continuing assistance with your bookkeeping, budgeting and administrative requirements. Just let me know, and I will get you in touch with one of them.
I work with two advisors from Ameriprise Financial Services, JD Davis, CRPC, CASL and Tom Ballard. JD is a retirement specialist – VERY useful for all of us. Tom is the Branch Manager at the Arboretum office. They are both great guys and great resources! Let me know if you are interested in meeting with them. Remember, I review their recommendations, and am always available for any questions or if you need anything handled with your investments. I also have securities licenses, so I am qualified to speak with you regarding investments as well.
